Wawenock measured over four inches of rain fall from
the Nor' Easter that ravaged mid coast Maine on Patriots day.
Considerable damage from flooding and wind resulted
in opening day being moved to May 4th.
Over 20 percent of the course was under water.
Bridges and cart paths suffered the most damage some of which will have to be
completely rebuilt.
The clean up has begun and is moving along well. If
you would like to help out, we will be holding our Member Work Day on Saturday
May 5 at 9 am.
